- Using an account owned by another user

Members of the electronic community at 十大彩票网赌平台 should be aware that all existing federal and state 法律 apply to usage of network resources and to material transmitted electronically. Furthermore, ALL college regulations and 政策 apply to usage of network resources, not just those that are specific to computers and networks. 书院保留 right to restrict the use of its computers and network systems in response to complaints presenting evidence of violations of College 政策 or codes, or state or federal 法律. Violations of the above 政策 should be reported to the Executive Director 资讯系统.
The Executive Director will work with appropriate officers of the College to promptly investigate claims of violations. In some situations, account privileges may be suspended while the situation is being investigated. Minor infractions of this policy will typically be handled internally and in an informal manner. The goal is to educate the responsible 个人.
More serious infractions, or repeated minor infractions, will be handled via formal 程序. Such infractions may result in the immediate and permanent loss of access privileges, written reprimands, and suspension or dismissal from 十大彩票网赌平台. 犯罪的 are in violation of local, state, or federal 法律 will result in the immediate loss of computing privileges, and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
